TERMS AND CONDITIONS auto repair mobile mechanic brakes service

 

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of mobile automotive repair and maintenance services provided by Frankies Auto Repairs. By booking or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

                                                                                                                              

                                                                                                                              SERVICE OFFERED


We provide mobile mechanic services, including but not limited to diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work, carried out at the customer’s location.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and accessibility of the service location.


              BOOKING AND APPOINTMENTS


  • Customers may request services via phone, website, or authorized booking platforms.
     
  • Appointment times are estimates. Delays may occur due to traffic, prior jobs, or emergencies.
     
  • A valid address and access to the vehicle must be provided.
     
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.


  •  All service estimates are based on initial diagnostics. If additional work is required beyond the original estimate, the customer will be informed and approval must be obtained before proceeding. 

 

 Mobile service is subject to weather conditions, location safety, and accessibility. If work cannot be safely carried out at the requested location, an alternative arrangement will be proposed.
 

              PAYMENTS


  • Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
     
  • We accept [cash/card/bank transfer/etc.]. All prices are in [currency].
     
  • Invoices not paid within 7 days may be subject to a late payment fee.
     
  • Estimates are not final quotes and may vary based on inspection or diagnosis.
     

               CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS


  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
     
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.
     
  • If we are unable to reach you at the agreed location within 15 minutes, it may be treated as a no-show.
     

              WARRANTY AND LIABILITY


  • We offer a 30 day warranty on labor and any parts supplied by us, subject to terms.
     
  • Warranty is void if parts are tampered with or installed incorrectly by third parties.
     
  • We are not liable for any pre-existing issues, neglect, failure of vehicle due to unrelated mechanical issue, vehicle damage unrelated to the service, or loss of income resulting from vehicle downtime.
     
  • Customers must disclose known issues and vehicle history truthfully.
     

               CUSTOMERS RESPONSABILITY


  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level, safe surface with adequate space to work.
     
  • Ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
     
  • Disclose any known issues or prior repairs that may affect the service.


Customers must ensure access to the vehicle and provide accurate information regarding the vehicle's condition and service history. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional costs.
 

               PARTS AND MATERIALS


  • OEM or equivalent aftermarket parts may be used unless customer specifies otherwise.
     
  • Customers supplying their own parts do so at their own risk; no warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts.
     

                EMERGENCY AND AFTER HOURS SERVICES


  • Emergency callouts may incur additional charges.
     
  • Services outside regular hours ([e.g., 8am–6pm]) may be limited or subject to a premium fee.
     

               LIMITATION AND LIABILITY


To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle downtime or business interruption.  

                                                                                                                              GOVERNING LAW


These Terms are governed by the laws of PENNSYLVANIA . Any disputes will be handled in the courts of 5TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT.


                                                                                                                               AMMENDMENTS


We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be made available on our website or provided upon request.
